Notes upon the identified transfer of protein residue from


Chlorell variabilis to H5N1(segment 8 sequence).

With study data concerning the extrapolated fold, 100% conservation,

character of Blast input, and suggested forward study and assay.


Here is a study set of which closely examines the H5N1
NS2 CY047471 protein data.



The author presents a research method by where the raw protein resides of cy047471 are extrapolated into a folded characterization.


The subsequent folded fasta nomenclature is presented to a blast challenge. *Expasy






The result, in E1z246, presents a region of 100% conservation. This presents a method of where a genetic structure of 758 original length (from an aquatic organism).. has resulted in an 8 length conservation to virade. Clearly, this is an unusual mechanism and has implications for research in the larger virade species, as well as perhaps significant clues as to avian precursors and perhaps as well… a vector implication not well recognized.


That conservation is 193-200. RCRFLLWR Apparent conservation has ended at a mole wt 115 n. polar element.


Significantly, in the authors opinion, a high mole weight residue is adjacent to endpoint of conservation. A further excellent marker in the search stratagy to probe original conservations to viral strains…as a locus and marker. Careful consideration upcodon, down codon, should have some interest.


Clearly, this method could be forwarded by high thruput as regards raw data and selective algyrothym mechanisms for larger viral sets.


To have organized data which presents a building block of protein clearly identified as internal…..perhaps precursor to viral residues inclusive of water based organism..seems fairly straightforward in organizing a larger data set for many other species.




I feel this method seems well founded and provides data of a wider interest to science than my study notes. I am interested in continuing to expand this mechanism of study to larger pathogen and host sets.
